Capitol Choices is a list composed each year by noted librarians in the Washington DC area. Titles are selected based on distinguished writing and illustration as well as other factors. The 2010 list includes NORTH OF BEAUTIFUL by our own Justina Chen.
Congratulations, Tina! Her novel will also be included in the Scholastic Book Fair. It will bring the important story to a very large group of readers.
